We built Sideline a custom fulfilment and logistics portal that streamlines the whole supplier purchase-order flow: it takes each order, splits it across the right suppliers, auto-drafts every PO and runs the follow-ups. Paired with a 24/7 chat that captures orders and leads around the clock.
Every community activation has to be reported back to its funder, attendance, age and ethnicity breakdowns, safety, photos and feedback. We built a system where the team captures the debrief on their phone in the field, and it auto-builds a clean, funder-ready report, turning hours of write-ups into minutes, with nothing missed and every event accounted for.
Grant and funding work is research-heavy and slow. We built an AI-assisted pipeline that researches and qualifies prospects, drafts tailored funding proposals, and runs the follow-ups, turning days of manual work into a repeatable system that's helped secure $250k+ for clients.

Booking a venue goes from phone tag and email back-and-forth to a few taps.
